Collection of Information

We collect personally identifiable information like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., during the account creation process and your use of our services.

The information we collect from you may be used to personalize your experience, to improve our website and services, to improve customer service, to process your requests and transactions, to provide service/product support, to send periodic emails (your email will automatically be included in our mailing list, which we use to stay in touch with our customers), to administer contests, promotions, surveys or other site feature. We will not sell your information to third parties, however, we may contact you on behalf of a partner or affiliate.


Integration with third-party systems such as Google, Office365, Dropbox, Box, QuickBooks, Xero, etc.: We do not store information received from third-party systems; the information retrieved on the fly from third-party systems is displayed when you visit certain pages in MatterSuite. If a connection to a particular third party is deleted, the information stops being displayed, and the access token is deleted immediately.


In the course of your business, you will also enter your clients’ information. We will not use your clients’ information for any purposes other than for providing customer support to you on your specific request and/or to improve the site performance, if necessary. We will not sell your clients’ contact information either. We (including our partners, affiliates) will not establish any contacts with your clients. Unless a competent court specifically orders us to do so, we will not disclose your client list and client information to any third party.Additionally, we use the input you provide to generate requested documents (such as NDAs and contracts) using AI. This input, along with the AI-generated documents, is not stored or retained by us.
